The Academy has a unique FutureMinds Academy programme, where mentor teachers from the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management regularly conduct masterclasses and interactive classes for schoolgirls (grades 7-11), giving them the opportunity to dive deeper into the world of various professions and modern fields of knowledge. During such events, girls have the opportunity to try themselves in practical tasks and gain valuable insights into careers in management, information technology, law and other areas of interest.
The Academy’s mentors generously share their experience and knowledge to help participants decide on their future professional steps and understand what daily work in their chosen field looks like. These activities help to build self-confidence, encourage active learning and provide students with the necessary guidance to choose their educational and career path.
